All passengers who take a ride booked through the JEK App from now until March 23, 2026 are entitled to the Zurich passenger safety protection for free. "Zurich Passenger Safety Protection" is provided by Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. JEK Limited and Wonder Ventures Limited are not licensed insurance intermediaries and are not licensed insurance agencies of Zurich. Part 1: Free "Zurich passenger safety protection" offer

All passengers who take a ride booked through the JEK App ("Eligible Passengers") are entitled to the "Zurich passenger safety protection" free of charge, which provides the following coverage:

  1. One-time hospital cash allowance¹
  2. One-time wheelchair damage cash allowance²

¹ Up to HKD 5,000 per passenger if injured in a traffic accident during a JEK ride and hospitalized in Hong Kong for at least 10 days.
² Up to HKD 300 per wheelchair if a personally carried wheelchair is damaged due to a traffic accident during a wheelchair taxi ride booked via JEK app.

Part 2: Campaign terms and conditions

  1. "Zurich Passenger Safety Protection" ("Policy") is an insurance plan underwritten and arranged by Zurich. Wonder Ventures Limited is the policyholder.
  2. Eligible Passengers are entitled to benefits free of charge. JEK will provide mobile number, JEK App ID, booking reference and ride details to Zurich.
  3. JEK and Wonder are not licensed insurance intermediaries. For questions, contact Zurich directly.
  4. Promotional materials are for reference only. Refer to the Coverage Summary for terms and exclusions.
  5. Claim-related matters are subject to the Policy. In case of disputes, Zurich reserves the right to make the final decision.

Part 3: Insurance Claim Information

Submit your claim to Zurich within 30 days of the incident via Zurich "e-Claims". Provide your policy number and ride booking reference.

You will receive an SMS/email acknowledgement within one working day. Zurich will process within 14 working days upon receiving all required documents and credit the approved payment in HKD to your designated Hong Kong bank account.
